My wife and me were looking for a house in Mérida. We spent quite some time with various real estate agents before getting in contact with Florence and Alexandre. With them, it took us less than 2 weeks for finding a house and sitting at the notary. Both Florence and Alexandre are absolutely trustworthy professionals who managed the process smoothly and efficient. They did/do respond quickly to all open questions before and after closing the contract. Especially if you are a foreigner with only limited available time for a house search I do recommend getting in contact with them immediately.

I was looking for a house to buy with other real estate companies and with many, I never got an answer and with others, the deal was very disinterested until I was lucky enough to run into Grupo Inmoflo and its agent Alexandre, who did a great job of searching and negotiating with the seller and finally got the kind of house I was looking for. Florence was also very friendly and both were always on the lookout and reviewing all the details of the buying and selling process until it was finalized.

In March we started looking for a house in Mérida, Yucatán, I was fortunate to find the Inmoflo real estate agency. First I had contact with Alexandre, from the beginning he maintained excellent communication via Whats app, regardless of the time, Alex (as I now call him because of the trust we have created) always answered me and answered all my questions very quickly. He also showed us several houses that fulfilled our wishes, I think that a strong point is that, he knows how to listen very well. At the end we also met Florence, who knows a lot about the market, you can see that both have a lot of experience and know how to solve difficulties that may arise. I recommend them with eyes closed, they can trust them 100% and that everything will go well with the purchase / sale of houses. Our experience was so good that after buying our ¨Casa del Pocito¨, now we also ask you to be in charge of the rent.
