I have no idea why anyone would give these guys a bad review. The staff here were hands down the friendliest, most helpful, and gracious government employees I have ever had the opportunity to work with. After 5 trips to Cancun, 4 trips to Texas, 2 trips Merida, I finally found the right people to get my Permanente Residencia done! Gracias para todo!

I want to say that some men and women who work in this place are corrupt criminals like many who are in the government. When we wanted to leave Mexico to give permission again to my boyfriend, he is from Eua. They asked us for 8,000 pesos and They threatened us that they would deport him and put him in jail. I clearly felt very angry and annoyed at what happened and they said that they only wanted to help us and I told them that if it was help to be corrupt, and if I told them a lot, things I left because I started to cry to feel the impotence and see their corruption. Are criminals really not enough what they pay they still want more money? Also only one of all those who work in this place credential.pn no more ppr who are dedicated to stealing and do not want us to see their names but one of them the Mr. Juan C ortega.
