This location does not ship international packages. Refused to help me find a location that did. Said to go to Merida. That's it. Claim they were a contractor not a FedEx shipping location. They also had boxes in their office for FedEx shipping. But yet they claim that they don't ship FedEx. Spoke great English until I asked if I could use his phone to buy more minutes for mine because I found out I didn't have service to be able to go online and find a different location. Then all of the sudden he couldn't speak English. Absolutely pitiful service or should I say non-service. I highly recommend you don't waste your time here.

As of November 2019, this office is FEDEX ONLY, not Estafeta.

It is a site where you can collect information about the parcel, yesterday I made some calls and they hung up, today I went and a man attended me very kindly, but anyway.

Terrible service!!! And they don't accept prepaid guides ... So they aren't really Fedex.
