Lovely place. Very close to Chelem where you can buy groceries or food for your stay. Beach is just a few blocks away and pool was very enjoyable. Rooms AC was very powerful so you dont have to worry about the heat or mosquitos.

General: it is an aesthetically beautiful place, attractive, but it lacks things to do for the cost that they ask ... Cost: high for what it offers ... although the pool is clean; is the only significant attraction (single $ 1,175MXN) Facilities: lack of space ... if you plan to bring your children; the only option is the one with 2 rooms and that is double the cost ($ 2,000MXN) Attention: they are friendly, helpful and in general they serve well, in that section everything is correct Conclusion: if it is an emergency or because you are passing through it is fine, but if you plan to vacation or stay for a weekend the truth is not worth it, unless you are a young couple without children ... but even so the rooms are very small And for that cost it is better to rent a nearby house, that although it would be a little higher the cost is more days and more spacious and not to mention privacy, it is better to rent a house with more privacy General: 5/10

Good but they do not have full services ... We had 2 villas and in one there were no covers or a standing fan, but in the other one .. And being for 2 or 3 people they should give at least 2 towels. There was one and the other was 1 half-size bathroom. Check very well the agreement of time of permanence in the facilities after the delivery of the Villa
