They block my card, they tell me in the clarifications by phone that I have to take some papers, I ask permission in my work to see the procedure, I arrive and it turns out that the papers they told me to bring are not all, it must be my printed curp format 2019 and there in the bank can not download digitally because they are going to scan and apart why I blocked my debit card I could not pay the credit and now they will generate interest.
