Bought a washing machine and paid for the delivery service. Received it one day late and had to call 3 times to the store and talk to SERVICO AL CLIENTE and the BODEGA MANAGER to make it happen. My personal info was in part badly copied- not my fault.. Finally, we had to talk directly to the delivery driver to give him our personal info. All emloyees very kind: Lupita, Roberto in special but the store has major comunication flaws between departments.

They want money from you to lock your bag in a locker before entering. I find it horrible that you ask money from your clients because you don't trust them. Disgusting behaviour!
