The facilities are very good, they have good equipment, it has good ventilation so it does not feel suffocating and the atmosphere always feels nice. Coaches most of the time you have patience and they explain the routines. You can rent towels, there are showers and parking. The bad thing is that they assume that everyone comes with the same mentality: Gain muscle mass and be very muscular. They do not ask you at the beginning if you only want to lose weight, or if you want to gain muscle and maintain it without increasing it more. A single coach handles so many people at the same time during peak hours, that it is impossible to attend well and can lose patience if you are wrong in some routine or weight. If your interest is to be very muscular is the ideal place, but if on the contrary you want to go to have a healthy habit in which you unravel your day to day and have better body, better look for another option.
