I don't understand how this hotel is rated at 4.6 stars whatsoever. Check-in went fine the only suggestion I give is for guest parking to be made available. The first issue I had was when I walked in my room to find mold around the windows. Then, I called the front desk to ask for additional towels since there were only 3 small sized towels in the room for 3 women. Where were the face and hand towels? Where is the shower place mat to ensure I didn't slip and fall in the tile? When I called reception to request more towels I was asked what I needed them for because I already had some in my room. Never in my life have I been asked this type of question at a hotel, it's basic hospitality. Because I was offended I found plenty of more feedback. Get some bed skits on the beds, add two end bed chairs, and use the room space. The bedrooms are way too big for the amount of furniture in the bedroom. I hope this feedback can be used to improve service and hospitality. I am from Yucatan and was embarrassed by friend from Argentina got this impression from my hometown.
