Nice place,rude receptionist. Owner is pretty nice,so I guess we sorted it out.

great hostel vibe we had a private room with poorly working shower plus a cockroach but the price is cheap and location perfect for ADO buses cannot complain too much right?

It's a nice Hostal, really clean by a really good price, plus has a nice a pool and hammocks to chill. Downsides maybe that it's a little too far from downtown, but it doesn't really matter because Merida it's a really safe city, where you can go to anyplace by walking or bus specially at nite, because of the hot weather during the day.

Not clean, cleaning staff misplaced some of my things and “lost” it (meaning they threw my clothes away) while making my bed (because they thought that I’d checked out for some reason) although the bottom sheet wasn’t changed since it had the same stains on it as when I checked in.. so check your sheets before going to bed, don’t leave stuff on your bed, and don’t expect any apologies or compensation if you happen to be in the same situation as I am. Cheap tho and simple breakfast is included, so I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff was really friendly, the pool area is cool, there's a pool table, backyard, parking and the breakfast was good, rooms are clean.
