If you wonder why our nation is in such dire situation, try opening an account at this bank. " Losers bank" it should be aptly named. It would fit as well as properly describe the attitudes by these do-nothing useless employees.

I made a cash deposit at the ATM and they did not give me my deposit slip, at the branch they did not want to help me, they did not support me at all and they were very annoyed at requesting their help to get my deposit slip. Terrible service and attention from the Zaragoza and technological branch.

They treated me very well. Like any bank, it is time consuming. But they were very nice.

THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO ASSEMBLE A CASHER'S CHECK AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE THE EFFORT TO TRY !! I WENT TO BANAMEX AND THEY IF THEY COULD AND I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. BEWARE OF YOUR INCOMPETENT PEOPLE AND WITH BAD ATTITUDE AT WORK !!
