Staybridge Suites Queretaro

Needs updating but suite is a good size.

The room had a smoking smell so I had to move on the other hand the front desk charges you for everything, no toothpaste, no comb, nothing offered for free as amenities when other Staybridge offer that

Please don’t believe their advertising!Salmon!!! Food they never served and they Don’t followed their own rules!! Isn’t 100 satisfaction as they promise on their brochure in their rooms!!

Pretty decent hotel. There was a little bit of construction to make updates or something to the first floor. The appliances in the kitchenette were not plugged in, so I couldn't chill my water bottles. I didn't pull the refrigerator out to see if I could have plugged it in. I was only there for 2 nights, so it wasn't a big deal but if you are booking because of the kitchenette, then you may want to ask or check that the appliances will be plugged in and will work.

It is PET Friendly (+fee). Beds are comfortable and quiet. Blackout works pretty good thanks you can really have a long and nice sleep. Breakfast is ok, just becomes a caos when the hotel is full.
