December 21, 2018 I entered at 9:43 a.m. for an account opening and it was 11:43 a.m. and it was not yet attended, other people who did not have a shift and told them something "I'll answer you right away" "Come in quickly" Insufficient service for the demand you have. Do not deceive people and tell them to come back in 2 hours and a half to attend to them!
