Hotel Quinta Allende

Don't stay here, they cancelled my stay and did not refund my money! I had booked a 5 night stay at this hotel. Upon arrival I was told that the gas wasn't working and that I would not be able to stay at the property, but that they would find me another place to stay. After waiting two hours they gave me two options outside of the city. Both of which were not possibilities for me because I specifically needed to stay in town. So I had to book another hotel and they told me they would refund my money right away. It has now been 8 days and they have not refunded my money, they have ignored my emails, and hung up on me when I called to inquire.

Very nice staff and a very nice room. Especially enjoyed the hot shower.

The hotel is nice with clean & lean rooms! Very noisy as all rooms are towards a patio. Breakfast is very simple - cereal, coffee and fruit. Greatclocatiom to visit quereraro. The parking is three blocks away so drop your luggage before heading there!
