Unfortunately, before I left, I canceled my appointment because, talking to my husband, we discovered that it is the same office where almost a year ago they did not want to attend to it for an emergency. It was the closest office for him at that time and they refused. Medicine, including dentistry, is by definition noble professions whose most important principle is to save lives and help the health of an individual remain. I do not doubt the high quality standards and the excellent knowledge of the doctor but his staff leaves much to be desired with this kind of mean and somewhat exclusive attitudes. The kindness and sense of humanity are also part of the quality of an office. Here they lack those two things and therefore I rate this place with the lowest score.
