If you are not a poor customer, you will wait more than two hours to go to the cashier. I am a customer and wait an hour and a half when there were only 10 people in front of me. Lousy service at the window let people pass without a turn to cash their check and the others we arrived before without any respect for our time. Lousy bank I will change without hesitation and go three times the same thing happens.

They never answer the phone. And they don't make announcements. My card expired and I was never notified that the replacement was already done. I have spoken. Today 10 times until now and they don't answer me
