Excellent place, quite a variety of weights and machines to exercise. It has 2 floors and a half; the ground floor being the cardio area (treadmills, stair climbers, etc.), and the first and last floor the area for weights and heavy machines, dumbbells, pulleys, etc. In addition, when you register you will also have the support of experienced instructors who can advise and help you with your routine, a very useful advantage for those of us who are beginners.
