Terrible service, buy an arrangement with a certain amount of flowers and sent less than what they offered and the high price. I requested delivery at a certain time and it was 9 o'clock at night and nothing came, try to communicate by all means and did not respond, in the end they communicated with me to tell me that the delivery guy was late and they did not find the person, in fact the person was still there and the delivery boy had not even gone to the place.
