I called and they arrived in less than 15 minutes! I am in San Francisco Acuautla and they cared for my niece who gave birth at home! Thanks to the two paramedics. I don't know their names but they gave an excellent service!

Terrible everything. I had an anaphylaxis attack that can last up to 48 hours, which are the most critical, they did not want to help me. I called first and they told me that they had no units and since it is a life or death problem I got help from a doctor but he told me that if I continued badly I had to go to the emergency room. And when they called me again (after hours), I told them that I already had medical attention but I asked what if I was ill they could help me and they told me that I no longer did everything on my own. The staff is not trained, they have no idea that allergic reactions are fatal and not necessarily in the first hours, it can take even 3 days afterwards to have another shock that can be fatal.
