Terrible attitude of the Guard when requesting the guide. Strict hours from 10am to 2pm

I had to come here for a package. Travel three hours to arrive obviously to return as well. All because of a bad specification in the service.

Terrible parcel, they lost my package and they do not give me a solution, never choose this parcel to make your shipments.

I do not recommend your service, until today the package has not arrived 15 days late. Fatal service never answer your calls or reports
