I will tell you about my experience at the club since we have it in high expectation, we decided to hold our event at the club because of what was offered and we liked the place, however there were negative situations in our event, first Mr. Servando Ruiz Márquez, who sold us the service, never gave us a contract, he only said that we were going to sign and the day of the event arrived and nothing, on the other hand they stole a bottle, a considerable portion of cake, they threw dishes without consulting us which were They paid, the laundry service that was included, I take the opportunity to charge the guests, relatives who came from abroad left their car in the valet parking lot and they stole objects from inside the car and when they were reported casually the objects appeared a week later in a Room that the same hotel service had checked and I confirm that there was nothing. We talked to be able to solve this in the best way, however after several weeks I still have not received a response from either Mr. Hernández or Mr. Servando, it is not for the money after all we do not skimp on our event, if not They are the actions and the breach of the word that they gave us at the time of selling the service. For all those who think about holding events in the club, be careful, do not trust and ask for a physical contract, since they are dishonest people, thieves, who are only interested in money and their good, they are not integrity as they say and a lot less know respect and professionalism.
