Had my Baby here last month and the service for me was most splendid.

Terrible attention from the receptionists. Despots and classists .. What a pity .. They never answer the phone. I have a week trying to talk about a study that they charged me and they did not deliver since I cannot go to the hospital and I want to send someone. APPALLING

Being a hospital, it seems very irresponsible that all hygiene measures are not taken with respect to the covid. I went to the lab for a blood test and there is no mat to clean your shoes, they don't take your temperature and they don't even offer you gel. (The lady was very kind, yes) To pay you must go to the main reception of the hospital and the same, without sanitizing mat, without taking a temperature and without antibacterial gel. I saw nurses outside the hospital without wearing masks, hugging and so on. (Because also, I was almost 1 hour waiting for them to draw my blood because there was no one in the laboratory at 7 am, therefore I saw the movement of the personnel in the parking lot) They also do covid tests and the same, you must go to pay at the hospital reception. (The person who was in front of me to pay came to take a test ...) If you do not know if someone has covid and tests are done there, it seems to me that many more measures should be taken in terms of hygiene. I am not paranoid about this issue, but I believe being a HOSPITAL they should be responsible and set an example. I don't care if I get covid, my defenses are high and I know my body, but I do care that because of the irresponsibility of some, I get infected and therefore infect my family members. Too bad .... 👎🏻
