They can spend 6, 8, 10 hours and they do not treat you if they do not see your bones exposed, you enter and see the doctors talking in one of the offices, while the line is to the other side, you tell the doctor if he can give you a voucher for your work and you go to be treated in a private and tells you that if you do not want to wait you can go.
