Hotel Casa Once

Very beautiful and clean. Love love the bathrooms. I did not care for the polyester sheets and the pillows. Everyone was super nice!

Gorgeous, new sparkling clean hotel! Rooms were so lovely, nice smelling and VERY comfortable beds. Delicious cooked breakfast was included. Really cute, friendly place.

Ok let me start by saying this place totally deserves the 5 stars, the service is amazing they even gave us the room early the breakfast is very tasty you can order whatever you wish (breakfast wise) we stayed in the room #6 with a little hot tub and it was spectacular! Two thing made us remove that star from the rating. 1. Expedia mentioned that it has a parking lot, this is one of our musts to go to Queretaro center as there is no place in the streets, but it is located two streets far away from the actual hotel... This may not be a problem if they reserve the space in front of the hotel and you can park easily if you want to load your stuff or something like that. I'm still wondering if it is safe enough if you arrive super late and need to walk down those streets by your own... And rainy days... 2. They charge the parking with by $100 pesos every 24 hours! Let me put this good... It's not about the amount charged is the fact that they charge it separately... It just doesn't goo with the type of hotel...

We stayed in master suite room 5, spacious, modern and very clean, location was great, only downside was it rained heavily for two days and the hotel could not provide umbrellas so check the weather and keep this in mind.

Great little place, luxurious bed and extremely spacious. Perfect location to explore the town by foot, delicious breakfast and service is attentive! For the comfort it’s absolutely worth paying a little more than average QTO costs.
