Cute hotel. Historic and nicely restored. No climate control in rooms. Portable electric heaters found in room and a portable fan if it gets too warm. Only very small windows and the front door for ventilation. Mosquitoes in my room. Both screens in my room (aqua) did not seal properly to the window frame allowing mosquitoes to enter. Ask for a different room until this is fixed. Climate in Queretaro is usually mild so ventilation is frequently not an issue. Continental Breakfast is served in your room included with your room. A nice touch if you like a continental breakfast. I do not.

Awesome service, always felt welcomed by their team. They treated my pet pretty nice too! Loved the place.

Room and staff were very nice. Unfortunately the quality of sleep that we had at this hotel was very poor. Other guests in the hotel were very loud at night, both in the outdoor areas and in the rooms above ours. It did not seem like the staff did much to try to quiet guests down. A nice hotel in a very nice location, unfortunately next time we are in Queretaro we will probably stay elsewhere.

We arrived at around 10pm, and easily found our hotel. The staff was super friendly and the hotel is beautiful. We had an upstairs room and had no issues with any city noise. The room was a good size even with the king size bed, and well equipped. We loved having the breakfast delivered to our room each morning. A great location to explore downtown. Nighttime is perfect weather and we enjoyed walking down to the parks to watch salsa dancing and eating at the many restaurants nearby.
