Bad services, noisy, woman scream, dirty, they don't desinfected the room also does not pass the UV lamp, great location but there is a better choices around with the same cost. This is not a Hotel is more like a Motel.

Nice, affordable place. Great location in downtown. As a former old house turned cosy hotel, it has its minor details, but the price is almost unbeatable

This is a beautiful guess house with rooms that make you feel like you are at a 5 star hotel. This staff is very happy and incredibly friendly. My friend and I do not speak Spanish but they helped us and guided us through every step of out trip without blinking an eye.

Very attractive boutique hotel in the historic centre of Queretaro. The breakfast is included and is especially good, with hot and cold options. The rooms are tastefully decorated and there is a lovely interior patio. Staff are friendly and helpful. We did a tour (wine and cheese) and the price was good and our guide helpful. The only negatives: on this first night the toilet was blocked and staff tried to unblock it but we're unable to. The next day it was working fine. Also one of the pillows was dirty but all in all for the money that we paid it was a great deal.

Very basic, fairly comfortable accommodations. Lovely helpful staff, but not having any place to get coffee is a real drawback. Small courtyard acts as a lounge only if the weather is good (it usually is).
