Fonda La Cabaña, Ruta del sabor

We went there for lunch as a part of our Eco tour. We had tacos and gorditas and they were quite good. The service was a bit slower but you can watch them make the tortillas and prepare the food which is cool.

Pretty good place to have breakfast eating tacos, gorditas and quesadillas made in the traditional style of the area. The tortillas of the tacos and quesadillas and the body of the gorditas are handmade with grinded corn and "broken dough", tastes good. They are usually served along some dish like chicken, chicharrón prensado steak. Service is slow because they make it when you order it... They also have orange juice, coffee, fruit punch and regular sodas. The bathrooms are somewhat traditional representing the way of the old times: no water; you do your thing, then add some ashes and the add sawdust, done.
