Great costumer service. Poor installation. Water was reinstated when we arrived. Our room was the worse in the hotel. Electrical cables hanging, little tiny tv, old blankets

TOTAL DISORGANIZATION. That was what I witnessed. I am sorry I did not review opinions in time, they made my weekend of relaxation become stressful. I would not recommend this place, unless you absolutely have nowhere to stay. The hotel is still under construction at the top. We had room 11. There was practically no water, only a little line came out of the shower. They do not provide shampoo. It is seen that they do not invest in new blankets and towels. Apparently it is a family business, and with this we could observe that they have many internal problems. They cannot agree among themselves and the tension is felt. Training is lacking and learning to give good customer service. If you have a complaint, they will see them as not being at fault or blaming someone else. They offer tours, which we take but with that we realized that they sell the service without knowing if they have vans or driver availability. At first we thought it was because of the rush in which we hired the service, but no. They drive quite fast, thus neglecting the functionality of the vehicle, which incidentally broke down upon returning from the tour, leaving us on the road at night without knowing what was happening. I don't just blame the driver, as did the lady who owns the hotel and who is in charge of selling the tours, since I consider it to be a team effort. It is seen that they do not care about their staff. Apparently they have more hotels in the area (the manager of the other hotel who picked us up when we were stranded I only speak ill of the lady and scold her workers ugly). There was no discount or any courtesy for the bad time they put us through. That man just said it was part of the experience.

Newer rooms are in very good condition, otherwise organization is not your thing

Very very dirty everything, the beds, the floor, the bathroom and nobody ever showed his face, I do not recommend it at all.
