Terrible 2 hours waiting to see a cjequera

1 star for Pesimas sanitary measures in the middle of the contingency and why They are not clear. Yesterday I lost 1 hour in a simple replacement of cards. Just because I didn't have a passport. They weren't considerate enough since I got here to tell me I needed it. Today I came back with everything I needed ... More than an hour ago I was treated and I still cannot replace my card and the executive who attended me "is not" ... How to lose "not be" .. There are only 2 executives attending and 1 "is not" while they have the branch "saturated" and with at least 10 people lining up outside ... At the end 2.5 hours of waiting ... I'm leaving without a card ... What a bummer. 2nd day without being able to dispose of my money And one more is missing to try to finish that process. Horrible !!

They try to be as fast and attentive as possible in the procedures, in addition to the correct sanitary measures.
