Terrible service I have only come 2 times but they can never attend even if there are only 1 or 2 people. They just spend their time walking around the bank instead of serving users

Very bad service, everyone completely ignores you, they don't follow sanitary measures, they don't keep an order of customers. Appalling.

They do not have good customer service, they do not solve problems, executives prefer to ignore the client to avoid solutions. In general it is a bank with lousy service. HSBC should make a better selection of its staff.
