I had a car loan and insurance with affirma and it is the worst bank, they do not have a functional app to monitor the accounts, until the pandemic they took one out and I could never enter although they supported me in the creation, it was not possible, the service in branch worst of the worst, there is no one at the entrance to direct you to the corresponding area and they leave you standing until you ask the executives, for the procedures they do not tell you the real information, they misinformed me and I had to go to the branch because in call center told me that they could not support me either, generally very bad bank, I do not recommend it

I don't know what's wrong with them, it took me more than 1 month to resolve 3 accounts to be able to pay my boys and especially with one it has been quite a show, it seems that they do not have the capacity or the interest to serve the client! I promise to change banks very soon!

They will have to visit my bank to see that they have personalized attention like few others in Querétaro

Their bad customer service, made me wait more than an hour and a half to assist me, they do not have a waiting room.
