Excellent attention from Mr. Salvador Gallegos who is the one who attended us but there was no reception at the agency and seeing who could tell him that I was there for an appointment with him was tiresome, because the other very apathetic vendors did not flinch at help or attend. Hence the three stars. Who attended us, save that it is not rated with a star.
