About a year ago I started my exercise routine at Body Perfect Gym, during that time my condition and resistance have improved, however a month ago my son and I resumed our activity and we have had support from the trainers we have improved incredibly. So I appreciate the support of the coach of the morning shift, if I eat the evening shift .. Since with this approach the interest in clients is visible and with this they have improved their services, since it is not enough to use devices, but how to use them .. Thank you.
