A very interesting training place, half of the time you do CrossFit and the rest you go to the virtual reality experience, the coach explains each of the exercises, corrects postures and takes care not to overdo it when using weight. When you go to virtual reality, it is amazing to train that way, you can enter many digital worlds. It is worth knowing and come to train.
