I confirmed my appointment a day before as requested and I arrived at the place (by the way the area is a bit complicated) and they tell me that they are late and I have to wait half an hour. I think they can talk a few hours before and you know if you go or not. They do not respect the security measures for covid at all, the place was very full. The receptionist has a terrible attitude. They treat you as if they were going to give you the service.
