Terrible service we hired on September 7 and to this day they have not come to install it

Why do they have a lousy service? Almost most of the nights the service leaves me after 10.30 pm! I need a solution to that gentlemen, to pay if one passes there they charge more but when we fail the service they do nothing, they do not give a quick solution !!! Not even the whole month I use the mega cable because it goes like 10 hours and I have 14 hours or so, discount those hours that you don't have the signal canijos!
