Lovely boutique hotel in Condesa. Very nice complimentary breakfast on the hotel rooftop. Rooms are cozy, the suite includes indoor sauna. Minibar refreshments are usually complimentary as well.

Pleasant room, great facilities, helpful staff. Small but well stocked bar. Top sushi next door.

My husband and I stayed here over the holidays and really enjoyed our stay. Maria Condesa is in a safe and beautiful area of town, with many restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Room clean, friendly staff, and great shower. The only con is the walls are super thin and we could hear every little noise. Which would wake us pick early in the morning.
