Terrible service, they do not deliver the packages on time and also damage the package.
The parcel takes too long, I have been waiting for 15 days to pay express according to 3 days and nothing.
I went to visit him because I thought that that company had sent me a package, however they treated me with great courtesy.
EXCELLENT STAFF ATTENTION
Terrible service. There are already two times when I have to go to the branch because my order does not arrive at home. The last time, the system on your website told me that I was there and when I arrive they tell me that it is in another city. I do not recommend them at all, at least in this branch I put zero. I had generally used their service without a problem, but now they overdid it.
By the way, it wasn't just me, there was a line of at least 10 people waiting to pick up shipments that were supposed to arrive at their address. Something must be done with the management of this branch, it really is lacking.
