I lived in this place for 1 year, there are several tenants of the apartments, which are called executive comfort suites, they provide a terrible service, I had to tolerate a roach infestation, internet that goes down 4 to 5 times a day plus a bad connection, fuses that are thrown every day, I lived in apt 704 and at the end of my stay it turns out that they do not want to give me my full deposit because I put pictures in the bedroom (I had already notified, and I was notified 5 days before leaving the apartment that If they wanted me to repair the walls and I was informed that no, apart from a dirty mattress that was already like that at the time), I do not recommend that you rent with those people, the building is good, but go with other tenants.
