Normally they have an open box and not very friendly, they do not send you as a reminder to pay, and because their service on television fails a lot.

I have 2 days trying to speak with someone from the company and the call is cut, I have been 3 years with the service and it has always been lousy.

Very bad service poor quality in video and internet some channels are not seen and they tell you that it is a system error and they wash their hands and the installers very bad treatment I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING
