Their ATMs never have money, which is unfortunate because it is the only branch around. They have them in poor condition and in those conditions I have always been suspicious of withdrawing money. This is not new: they have been like this for a year.

They are stealing from people who have a Welfare card, when you arrive they ask people for their PIN and then they send you out to an ATM where they had previously withdrawn the money, they are scamming people from the same bank for the disability they have

On days with few people they attend you immediately. The service is good and the branch has air conditioning, which makes the wait more pleasant, however, it does not have the elegant automatic shift screens that the city center branch has. On busier days, waiting times can be overwhelming.

The treatment and speed within the bank is excellent, and speaking of the ATMs right there, they are the only ones who will always have money, compared to downtown or transit banorte
