Terrible service in the "first filter" they asked me for endless simple copies of documents that were not requested in the appointment confirmation and that are not found on the Internet page either. In addition, still the public official David Arturo Jiménez Jara alleged me in this regard and gave me an outdated triptych. I comment because other delegations do not ask for documentation that is not explicit in the appointment confirmation. Greetings and prepare with 2 copies of each thing if you do not want to have a bad time. It is worth mentioning that my appointment was at 8:20 and two hours later they have not delivered anything. I have already filed the corresponding complaint with the SRE OIC. Greetings, better avoid this delegation.

Excellent treatment and attention. They always respected the security protocols for Covid-19, but the treatment did not stop being friendly and attentive.

In my case it was renewal so the process was super easy, it takes about an hour and a half in the whole process and that same day they give you your passport. The staff always attentive and friendly. To the girls I recommend to go well combed since the photo is with the forehead and preferably wear small earrings :)
