Bad service, It is a laboratory that does not adhere to hygiene and security measures, we are in a pandemic and from the entrance you are not offered antibacterial gel, the staff is without face masks, the distance between each of the chairs is not marked , the laboratory space is very limited, they do not have RPBI routes, from the moment you enter the waiting room it is dirty, there is no place to take cytologies, the people do not know how to take samples, they hurt patients, they do not use gloves, They don't respect your privacy, they don't give you gowns. I doubt they are ISO9001 certified. Nothing of quality, nor is it attached to regulations.
