We had an incredible day on the water. BACO went out of their way to put together a trip that everyone loved. We spearfished for ~2 hours and Ruben did an outstanding job. He put me on the fish in each spot. He went out of his way to ensure my speargun was always loaded and ready! I’ve done a few chartered spearing trips in Mexico and this was by far the best and highest level of service I’ve experienced. Cant say enough good things here. The boats that BACO runs are top of the line. Incredibly well kept and comfortable at sea. We were on the Acopar 37 which was a great combo of comfort and utility while spearing. We were also able to check out some sights around the island and relax. On our way back in for the day, we stopped at the smaller colony of sea lions and had the spot to ourselves to swim with the sea lions. A highlight for sure! We will absolutely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a guided day or trip in La Paz. Cheers!

We were in La Paz last summer. These guys were super knowledgeable, professional, friendly -- you name it (thank you Miguel!). Would definitely recommend. We had an amazing experience, and frankly I look forward to going back.

We had a great experience at Baja Adventure Co! Our guide Miguel was a marine biologist with tons of information who worked well with our boat operator José to make sure we had got to see what was important to us. During the trip we saw many interesting animals, the highlights being the whale sharks, dolphins, and sea lions. We were lucky enough to get to touch the sea lions, one stopped for a belly rub and another rubbed up against my wife. Our kids, 8 and 10, and my wife were really nervous at first but Miguel was very encouraging and patient, offering assistance with equipment and swimming. Our group also was mostly vegan, which they accommodated with simple but delicious food. We opted for a private tour with just our family, which was the right choice for us. Our only gripes were that the confirmation email we received said that they did not include wetsuits, so we rented them from somewhere else, but they had wetsuits for us. Also, the address they gave in the email was wrong, just head to the office to get started! This was one of the best experiences of my life, cannot recommend enough, Miguel and José made that happen!

Went out with Dani and Bobby for a great day. Dani is very knowledgeable about the area and the animals. Spent plenty of time with the whale sharks with both Dani and Bobby pointing out sharks and making they did not sneak up behind us as there were three sharks around us. Snorkeling with the sea lions was the highlight as they came up and investigated us while swimming around with us. Ceviche lunch on the beach was refreshing and relaxing. Definer worth the trip even driving from Cabo

Swimming with whale sharks was a once in a lifetime experience. It was a joy to learn about the sharks from our guide Miguel. Having little prior snorkeling experience, I felt safe and looked out for the entire time because of his patience, encouragement, and kindness. Miguel and our boat driver were amazing, spotting many sharks and allowing our group to continue to swim with the whale sharks many times. I would highly recommend Baja Adventure Co. for whale shark excursions.
