Check in was quick, by quick I mean he literally gave us our room key and told us that the pool was open and to go enjoy our room. No one told us the gym was closed until we called from our room to ask (although it was stated on their website it was open). Also, no where in our room or at check in did they mention what restaurants on the property or nearby were open or how to order room service. Pools were not heated. We pretty much had to figure everything out on our own. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. 2 stars for the view you can see from the hotel. We love La Paz, however we would not be coming back to this resort any time soon. IHG just bought them out so hopefully things will be better in the next few months.

The place is fabulous. The setting is tranquil and serene. Outside La Paz a bit via Uber or taxi. The service is excellent. The pools are heated in the winter. The grounds are impeccable. There are families and singles.

Imposible location to find. Way overpriced. Small rooms with no privacy to shower or go to the bathroom.... Noisy early in the am... Don’t waste your $$$$

Such a beautiful place! I was very impressed with their covid protocol- everyone wore PPE and there was even a covid kit in our room with masks and sanitizing wipes and such. Wonderful service, gorgeous room, the shower alone earns 5 stars. Will definitely return next time we charter a boat at the marina.
