We stayed here and absolutely loved our stay. On our way to the airport now and already wishing we had extended our stay. The Pina coladas were out of this world!

This is our second time to visit Costa Baja and Puerta Cortes. The staff here are absolutely amazing and are flat out second to no one because of how great their service is and how they present themselves. This entire city has some of the nicest, most genuine people I have ever met.

The people who work in the lobby gave me a terrible service, a lot of discrimination towards the dark people, the club on the beach was infested with big flies, the flies were on top of my family and my food. I do not recommend this place.
