Overall a good experience but have to wait in line as it's usual at banks, not like Bancomer that has a system for you to wait sitting, not standing like the other banks (Scotiabank included) On a side note: It will be almost impossible to find parking space in front of this bank (or anywhere in downtown for that matter) I recommend using a private parking lot, there's one about 50 meters from the bank.

Terrible attention, waiting times at the checkout and with executives amount to one hour.

Pesimo service starting from your APP is very basic you can not use it as a normal banking APP ... I never get account statements, I wanted to make a report for theft two days in a row and nobody answers me, and right now I have been online for 16 minutes wait trying to communicate with an executive nobody attends me. The worst decision of my life to accept SCOTIABANK -_- that messed the truth ... Now I just want to cancel and even for this I must wait 20 minutes, seriously ????? what is your quality service ?????
