It was beautiful and clean with friendly service. However, they consistently did not provide enough towels (not even 1 per person) even when we asked for more. The restaurant was extremely inefficient in preparing food and what they did finally bring out, was cold while they never did bring out two different orders (both Cesar salads)-- after a couple of hours we just cancelled those orders and left.

The hotel has a fenced and fairly secure parking lot. The rooms are decent and the staff is very friendly. I have stayed here 3 times over a 3 year span and the "hot tub" is always as cold as the adjacent pool. The restaurant on site is good but it can be slow so plan ahead or let the wait staff know you are in a hurry and that you need the food to go. If they know you are in a hurry they can usually accommodate that. Showers are hot and the water pressure is good. I mention this because in Baja this is a luxury. The in-room Air Conditioning has always worked well. Upstairs rooms are quieter than downstairs. There are no views from this hotel as its located in a neighborhood. If a view of the sea is your thing look elsewhere and expect to pay more for it. The seaside boardwalk, shops and restaurants are located about a 5 minute walk. La Paz has a maze of One Way streets and in some cases hard to see (or missing) stop signs. Be very careful at the intersections and pay attention to the Altos.

Facilities are comfortable, however there's a lack of customer service in all its employees. No one could help me and my friends out providing the wifi password because "the system was not working at the moment", they promised to fix it up but never happened. On top of that, there was a small cockroach in the bathroom (which is not a big problem) but when we reported it, the receptionist ironically said it was the pet included with the room rate. I had never experienced something like that. Pets are accepted here though. They don't really care about their customers, that's unfortunate because the hotel itself is very cute.

It ain't a 4 Stars hotel, it is a 2 Stars hotel at the mostrar, I do not recomend it to anybody, unfriendly service at check-in, very old mattress, the outside looks like a prison, better try a motel instead
