Very inadequate service. How can such a large chained brand such as National car rental have such mediocre service. Horrible roadside assistance, wheel " hacks" putting the safety of my family and myself in danger. Unacceptable service. Renter beware, they offer you an all inclusive insurance, which is suppose to cover any and all if any damages, but upon return they apply the cheap tactic of "finding" details to try to charge you out of pocket expenses. Beware National car rental of Malecon( la paz bajo california)

Rented a car online and prepaid. Service to pick up and return was friendly and everything seemed okay. A month later they charged my card $35. Watch for fraud.

To those who use National Car Rental in other countries than Mexico, do not rent a car with them in La Paz. It is a lot more expensive than in the US and with a lot of requirements and insurances to pay.
