Here's the deal. No issues at all. Just reserve and pay on National's main website. We got a 20% discount on mandatory insurance. You're only required to have injury to third parties. We added the basic ins. Online and we had not one issue. In order to avoid possible extra cleaning(sand), we decided to get the car cleaned before returning it. Only 100 pesos. I will definitely rent with National again.
