Very rich and tasty bread. Bread typical of Mexico City with the seasoning of the city. The recipes are standard, with the predominant taste of butter and sugar. It is not a flavor as rich as provincial bread but it is not so bad either.
I love the bread, plus the blackberry roll with Philadelphia cheese
